5 Questions to Eliminate Limiting Beliefs
𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭. 𝐈 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭. 𝐈’𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐭. 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝.
We have SO MANY limiting beliefs that hold us back in business, relationships, health...you name it.
My #1 limiting belief that I worked on eliminating in 2019 was, “𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥 𝘢 𝘭𝘰𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘢 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦.”
While that might be true, this thought was limiting because it held me back from reaching for the financial freedom I want. It caused me to survive rather than 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘪𝘷𝘦.
Growing up, we always just had enough, never an excess of money. We learned how to ‘make it work’ with what we had, so my relationship to money was just that...
I only needed enough, never an abundance.
This caused me to overspend, think about life from paycheck to paycheck, and as an entrepreneur, it caused me to undercharge for my services.
It took A LOT of shadow work and inner-coaching to eliminate those beliefs and to start demanding what I’m worth.
